Welcome to SafePetz. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (safepetz.co.uk), your purchase of products and services, and your use of pet profiles created through our platform. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

3. Our Products and Services
Collars with QR codes: Each collar links to a unique online pet profile.
Subscriptions: Purchase of a collar includes an annual subscription, which provides hosting and management of the pet profile.
Profiles: Information displayed on a profile (such as pet name, medical notes, and contact details) is provided by the customer. You are responsible for the accuracy of this information.
4. Orders and Payments
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.
Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled.
5. Delivery
We ship collars to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at the point of purchase.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
If your collar is defective, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law.

7. Using Pet Profiles
Customers are responsible for the content uploaded to their pet’s profile.
Do not upload offensive, unlawful, or misleading information.
We may remove or suspend a profile if it violates these Terms or is used inappropriately.
Lost-and-found notifications rely on third-party services (e.g. SMS, geolocation). We cannot guarantee delivery of alerts in all circumstances.
8. Subscriptions and Renewals
By purchasing a collar, you agree to an annual subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically using the payment method provided.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us.
If a subscription is cancelled, the associated profile will be deactivated at the end of the billing period.
9. Limitation of Liability
SafePetz provides collars and online profiles as a tool to help reunite pets with their owners.
We cannot guarantee that a lost pet will be found or returned.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
10. Your Responsibilities
By using SafePetz, you agree to:
Provide accurate information for orders and pet profiles.
Keep your login details secure (if applicable).
Use the service only for lawful purposes.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on safepetz.co.uk, including logos, designs, text, and images, is owned by SafePetz or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use our content without permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
