Returns & Refund Policy

At SafePetz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please read the policy below to see how we can help.

1. Returns

If you’d like to return your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • Include all original packaging and tags.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


2. Refunds

If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for return postage unless the item is defective or sent in error.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us before sending your item back.


4. Subscriptions

Your SafePetz collar includes an annual or monthly subscription that keeps your pet’s profile active.

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, as your pet’s profile is created and maintained immediately after purchase.

  • If you cancel your subscription, your pet’s profile will remain active until the end of your current billing period.


5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect collar, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.


6. How to Return an Item

Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed.
