1. Order Your Collar
Choose your SafePetz QR Collar and complete checkout. After ordering, you’ll receive a link to a short form where you can add your pet’s details and contact information.
2. We Create Your Pet Profile
Once you submit the form, we’ll create a custom online profile for your pet and link it to the QR code on your collar.
3. Attach the Collar
When your collar arrives, simply clip it on — your pet’s profile is already active and ready to use.
4. Scan the QR Code
If your pet ever goes missing, anyone who scans the QR code with their phone will be taken straight to your pet’s profile page.
5. Finder Sends an Alert
The finder can enter their details on the profile page, triggering an instant SMS alert to you with their name, contact info, and live location.
6. Reunite Quickly
You’ll receive the alert immediately, allowing you to contact the finder straight away and arrange your pet’s safe return.
