What kind of information can I store in my dog's profile?

You can add as much detail as you’d like, including:

  • Medical history & medications

What happens when someone finds my dog and scans the collar?

They’ll see your dog’s profile and have the option to send their live GPS location to you instantly. You’ll receive a notification with a map showing where your dog is.

Is the collar GPS-tracked at all times?

No, the collar does not offer live tracking like a GPS device. It enables location sharing from the finder’s phone.

Is there a subscription fee?

Yes. While the collar is a one-time purchase, a small monthly subscription is required to maintain your dog’s profile, data storage, and location services.

How do I update my dog’s information?

Locate the ‘update profile’ page on our website. Using that form, send all the information you need to be updated. This will be done within 24 hours.

What sizes do the collars come in?

Our collars are available in Small, Medium, and Large sizes. Be sure to check our sizing guide before ordering to ensure a perfect fit.

Can I return the collar if it doesn’t fit or I change my mind?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused collars. The collar must be unworn and in its original condition.
